An evening at Fuel to celebrate where it all started...
Join us at Fuel Cafe for an Argentinian feast! Chef Justin Brunson will be tending the Argentine Asador , and Chef Bob Blair and the Fuel kitchen will be preparing a delicious selection of Argentine cuisine (think empanadas, ceviche, grilled vegetables, and dulce de leche)
SHARE a local, seasonal supper prepared by Chef Bob Blair of Fuel Cafe and Chef Justin Brunson of Masterpiece Delicatessen and the much anticipated 'Old Major'
HEAR three sustainable food project proposals
VOTE for your favorite community food project
GRANTS will be awarded in the amounts of up to $1500, $1000, and $500 respectively
The C.A.F.E. series is part of Slow Food Denver's Community Table program
C.ommunity ~ Art ~ Food ~ E.ducation
C.A.F.E. dinners will stimulate community and culture by funding innovative and sustainable Metro Denver food projects. At this dinner guests will hear from:
Boulder Food Rescue (in Denver!)
Sprout City Farms
St. Thomas Community Garden
Shared Food is Shared Fate!
Minimum donation of $50 per person includes three-course dinner, wine, and beer (tax and gratuity also included).
